1. Services & Packages

We provide brand identity, web design, and related creative services.

We reserve the right to update or modify our packages, prices, or services at any time without prior notice (changes will not affect existing orders already confirmed).

2. Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes as stated.

Payments for products are processed securely through our website. By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Turnaround Times

Estimated delivery timelines are stated in the package description.

Timelines may be adjusted if there are delays in receiving client materials, approvals, or feedback.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., illness, technical issues, supply chain disruptions).

4. Client Responsibilities

All original designs created by Moderately Poetic Studio remain our property until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final designs for the agreed purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, or alter our work without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
